Nathaniel The Great’s has released his debut album Aquarius. The album has a touch of R&B with a sprinkle of Boom Bap. Nathaniel dropped the album on his birthday January 25th and paid homage to his zodiac sign. The album features his idol Musiq Soulchild, which was a dream come true for him.
Brooklyn’s own, RnB singer Nathaniel The Great is relentlessly proving that his borough breeds more than just great hip hop acts. Aside from adding songwriter and producer to his arsenal, Musiq Soulchild, Usher and Donny Hathoway were some of his musical influences. Giving contemporary R&B a fresh sound, blending hip hop and neo-soul makes it safe to say that Nathaniel’s talents are very unique. Raised by a single mother of seven, in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene housing projects, singing in church and performing in plays were ritual early on. Before you knew it, a star was born. Since then, his vocals have been featured on projects with French Montana, Wiz Khalifa, Dj Khaled, Swizz Beats and Remy Ma to name a few.
After earning his BA in Computer Information Systems, Nathaniel designed his own mobile for IPhone And Android users. This allows him to have directed access to his fans while fully controlling his content. In 2020 he has gained over 2 million streams worldwide as well as being covered in major radio domestically and internationally.
